MASTG-TOOL-0124: aapt2

aapt2, available in Android SDK Build Tools since revision 26.0.2, is contained in the Android SDK at [SDK-Path]/build-tools/[version]/aapt2 and can be used, for example, to examine the contents of the AndroidManifest file.
